Oheneba Nana Asiedu, a Kumasi-based radio and television presenter with Wontumi FM, has been granted bail following his arrest by the Ghana Police Service for allegedly spreading false information.

It is currently unclear what bail conditions were set for his release.
Oheneba Asiedu was initially invited by the Ashanti Regional Police Command for questioning but was subsequently arrested and held in custody. The Police have assured the public that the case will be pursued in court to ensure justice.
