New mobile app launched for health training admission form sales

The Ministry of Health has introduced an upgraded mobile application to facilitate the sale of admission forms for Health Training Institutions nationwide, aiming to improve the accessibility, convenience, and transparency of the application process.

This new digital platform will enable prospective applicants to purchase their forms remotely, saving them time and money previously spent on travel.

Due to the implementation of this new system, the sale of admission forms has been rescheduled. Originally set to begin on April 22, 2025, the sale will now start on May 5, 2025, and will run until June 5, 2025. This change will allow applicants to use the mobile app to purchase forms from the comfort of their homes.

Prior to the recent development, the Ministry announced a reduction in the cost of the application forms for the 2025/2026 academic year. The fee has been lowered from GHC200 to GHC150. The Ministry noted that “this reduction is intended to enhance access and affordability for applicants across the country.”

It has been clarified that the forms can only be purchased through GCB Bank PLC and Agriculture Development Bank. The 2025/2026 academic year is set to begin on April 22, 2025, and end on June 19, 2025.

The Ministry encourages all applicants to take advantage of the new system and the fee reduction as part of efforts to make the admissions process more efficient and accessible.
