Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin is set to hold a media briefing today in preparation for Parliament’s upcoming session on Thursday, November 7.
According to a press release from Parliament’s Public Affairs Directorate, Bagbin’s address will cover critical issues impacting both the legislature and the nation.
This media engagement follows a recent decision by the Supreme Court to reject Speaker Bagbin’s attempt to delay the implementation of its ruling on four parliamentary seats he previously declared vacant. The declaration, made earlier this year, faced legal disputes but was recently upheld by the Court.
